How is Cerebyl priced?
Pricing is usage-based. Each company is billed monthly for the Cerebyl AI features it uses, at Cerebyl’s rates, customised per company. Prices are exclusive of 18% GST.
Why don’t you list prices?
Usage differs a lot between companies: how many enquiries arrive, which AI features you use, and how your bot is set up. We quote after understanding your sales process, so the price fits how you actually work.
Are WhatsApp message charges included?
No. Meta charges WhatsApp Business messages to your own WhatsApp Business account, separately from Cerebyl.
Can I stop any time?
Yes. You can stop at any time and billing stops from the next cycle. Unused prepaid wallet credits can be refunded within 30 days of top-up; see our Refund & Cancellation policy.
