Refund and Cancellation Policy

Who this policy is from

Cerebyl is a product of Enthrella Online Solutions, a sole proprietorship of Harish Sharma (GSTIN 06QBZPS7608C1ZQ), Near Central Jail Road, Guru Nanak Pura Colony-2, Karnal, Haryana 132001, India. This policy applies to payments made for the Cerebyl app at https://app.cerebyl.com.

Our policy

Unused prepaid wallet credits can be refunded within 30 days of top-up. AI usage already consumed and monthly bills already raised are not refundable. You can stop anytime; billing stops from the next cycle.

In short:

• Refundable: wallet credit you topped up and have not used, if you ask within 30 days of that top-up.
• Not refundable: AI usage already consumed, and monthly bills already raised.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@cerebyl.com with:

• your company name, as registered in Cerebyl;
• the date and amount of the top-up; and
• the payment reference or transaction ID, if you have it.

We will check your wallet balance and reply to confirm the refundable amount.

When you get your money

Once we approve a refund, we process it to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to show it.

Where GST was charged on a top-up, the refund includes the GST on the refunded amount, and we will issue the matching credit note.

How to cancel

You can stop using Cerebyl at any time. To cancel, send written notice by email to support@cerebyl.com from your company’s admin email address.

• Billing stops from the next cycle.
• Usage up to the date of cancellation is billed as normal.
• Any unused wallet credit topped up in the last 30 days can be refunded as described above.

What happens to your data after cancellation is set out in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Charges made in error

If you believe you were charged in error or without authorisation, email support@cerebyl.com within 7 days of the charge. We will review it in good faith and refund any amount charged by mistake. This does not limit any right you have under Indian law.
