Cerebyl is a product of Enthrella Online Solutions, a sole proprietorship of Harish Sharma (GSTIN 06QBZPS7608C1ZQ), Near Central Jail Road, Guru Nanak Pura Colony-2, Karnal, Haryana 132001, India.

What we deliver

Cerebyl is software delivered online. Access is activated within 24–48 hours of confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.

There are no delivery charges, couriers or shipping addresses involved. You use Cerebyl in a web browser at https://app.cerebyl.com.

How access is delivered

1. You confirm your order with us, and make any agreed payment or wallet top-up.
2. We set up your company account.
3. We send login details for your company’s admin user by email and/or WhatsApp to the contact you gave us.
4. Your admin signs in and adds the rest of your team from inside the app.

Wallet top-ups show in your account once the payment is confirmed.

If you have not received access

If you have not received your login details within 48 hours of confirmation, please:

• check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Cerebyl; then
• contact us at support@cerebyl.com or +91 87086 84838 with your company name and the date you confirmed.

We will resend your details or fix the problem as soon as we can.
